We are continuously seeking motivated and innovative people.

Prospective fellows, graduate, and undergraduate students, WELCOME!

Join our team and contribute to better understand how subcortical descending neurons modify the activity of spinal interneurons to control sensory, motor, and autonomic behaviors normally and during neurodevelopmental disorders. We work with mice and combine calcium imaging, optogenetic, electrophysiology, and movement analysis.

No open position for the moment.

Congratulations to newly recruited students and welcome to Emory and Georgia Tech graduate programs (NS, BME, Biology and Applied Physiology)! If you wish to discuss lab rotation (Emory) or to join the lab (GT), please contact Dr Perreault directly.

We regularly take undergraduate students from Neuroscience and Behavioral Biology (NBB) at Emory and Neuroscience (NS) and Biomedical Engineering (BME) at Georgia Tech. Please contact us directly 4-6 weeks before the start of the semester.

We also take graduate students at Emory or other institutions (e.g., Agnes Scott, Spelman, Morehouse, GSU) who wish to participate in academic research during the summer. Early application deadline (January of every year) through the LGS-SOAR program. Please contact us early January for the following summer!
