Sencer CDC Museum at the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention, announce the online exhibition <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdcmuseum.org\"><em>EBOLA: People + Public Health + Political Will<\/em><\/a>.\u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Developed by the CDC Museum in 2017, <em>EBOLA: People + Public Health + Political Will <\/em>explores the history of Ebola in West Africa, 2014-2016, and how CDC, global partners, governments, organizations, and individuals came together to stop an epidemic.<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdcmuseum.org\/exhibits\/show\/ebola\/summary\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignleft  wp-image-2086\" src=\"https:\/\/scholarblogs.emory.edu\/pittsblog\/files\/2020\/09\/Screen-Shot-2020-09-15-at-11.53.35-AM.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"236\" height=\"233\" srcset=\"https:\/\/scholarblogs.emory.edu\/pittsblog\/files\/2020\/09\/Screen-Shot-2020-09-15-at-11.53.35-AM.png 530w, https:\/\/scholarblogs.emory.edu\/pittsblog\/files\/2020\/09\/Screen-Shot-2020-09-15-at-11.53.35-AM-300x297.png 300w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 236px) 100vw, 236px\" \/><\/a>The <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cdcmuseum.org\/exhibits\/show\/ebola\/summary\">digital format<\/a> of this in-depth exhibition allows access to wider audiences, and enriches the experience with additional features, such as relevant documents and oral histories, a virtual tour, 3D objects, and interactive maps. Relevant lesson plans and curriculums will be added as they are developed. \u00a0<\/p>\n<p>Exploring the 2014-16 Ebola epidemic and the global response resonates today in the context of the COVID-19 pandemic. Sencer CDC Museum, Georgia State University, and Emory University.
