I do not often do things for myself, so this assignment came at the right time for me. I chose to watch a few episodes of a TV show I was behind on. I do not often build in time to my schedule to do things for myself, especially with school ramping up. From this, I discovered that I needed to give myself more opportunities to relax. This assignment was relaxing and gave me the chance I needed to really unwind. I think what I will try to do is build in an hour every weekend to do something similar, just to keep myself from getting too incredibly stressed out.
