Version II of the manual, dated May 17, 2010 has posted to the OSP/OGCA websites.

Notable updates in this version include

  • A chart illustrating fund codes
  • Cost Share
  • Program Income
  • Grant Suspense Clearing

Several GM Queries including:

  • A Proposal and Award Query that list PI effort
  • A Voucher query that gives information on subcontracts issued by Emory
  • A Journal query that indicates posting status
  • A query that returns deposits by sponsor

There were also a couple of queries removed. Please note the removal of the two queries below

  • EU_GL_CASH_BALANCE
