Additional Changes to the eNOA

To clarify the eNOA and make it simpler to read, the following changes have been made:

  • The administrative data section only pulls budget lines within a specified date range
  • Key Personnel, Certifications, and Subcontracts only display in the project information screen.

Chartfield Information

  • Only displays active SmartKeys/chartfields
  • Only displays in the project information section

The Project Information section:

  • Only displays projects/budgets for the current action
  • The Yr column was removed
  • The total field will be the total (direct & indirect for the current action)
  • A column was added for cumulative total
  • If the current action nets to $0.00, nothing will display. an exception will be for awards that have a purpose of Trial (clinical trials)
