Adding Additional Projects

ADDING ADDITIONAL PROJECTS

When should I establish my projects for a new award?

It’s best to include all the projects needed for a new award at the proposal stage, before the award is set up or before DMG generates the award.

What if the project was not added at the proposal stage and the award was already set up (the NOA was released)?

The Additional Projects after NOA form will need to be filled out and submit to OGCA for approval.  It is found on OGCA and OSP’s website under General Forms & Agreements, attached is the link:

REMINDERS:

If projects were created for ‘out years’ for an award at the proposal stage, those project numbers will be used for the continuation because they already exist.

The continuation proposal is marked as ‘Awarded’ and ‘Submitted’ but is never generated.

Under the continuation proposal the original award id is noted under Additional Information as a Related Proposal.
