Important Information about the ENOA Process

•    The login provided is a GROUP login and not an individual login. Each member of the

•     department shares the same login. If you have forgotten the ID and password please contact your department and they should be able to provide it for you.

•    Only NOAs that have been completed by OSP and OGCA will be available.

•    When a NOA is generated, you will receive an email letting you know it is ready. The link in the email will take you directly to the correct NOA. If you forward the email to the PI he/she will NOT be able to retrieve the information. This system is designed to allow designated department administrators to access the information. Once you access the information you can save the NOA and distribute the file you have created using normal methods (email, file share, etc.).

•    You do not need the email in order to access NOAs. You can access the NOAs at anytime, from any place by pointing your web browser at https://enoa.yoursp.com.

•    If you go directly to web site, it will show you all the NOAs that you have permission to ac- cess.

specific NOAs.
