Q: What if the incorrect department was routed on my proposal?
A: You will need to contact your OSP analyst before the award is set up in order to assure the correct department is used.
Tip: Always review the released NOA to make sure the correct department was used on the newly created project(s).
Q: What if the wrong department is used?
A: Contact your OSP analyst so corrections can be made as soon as possible, the changes will then be made by DMG.
Note: If the department is incorrect the smartkey will change once the correction is made
