OGCA’s New Help Desk

Through the exceptional work of our faculty, Emory’s research funding and activity has grown significantly over the past decade. In an effort to provide better post-award support, OGCA is implementing help desks. Help desk services will be fully operational by May 15, 2013.

To promote personal service, each department will be assigned to a team. Each team will have a dedicated help desk.  The team’s email and phone will be monitored by OGCA staff whose focus will be to respond to calls, triage needs, and ensure escalation if needed.

This new model will provide consistent contact for each department, in hopes of improving communication and custormer service for the research administration community.

Each school or department has been assigned a team.  Your team assignment will be available at: http://www.ogca.emory.edu. Please e-mail or call the number provided for any of your post-award needs.
