The National Science Foundation (NSF) has issued its draft Proposal & Award Policies & Procedures Guide (PAPPG). Proposed changes include but are not limited to, “requirements to specify a category for for a proposal, and specifications that indirect costs [facilities and administrative] are not allowed on participant support costs”.
