HHS has agreed to extend the subaccounting transition to the new payment system.  This is the change that will require that we close out all active awards, prepare FFRs for all, and set up new projects for the remainder of those projects.  The broad transition has been moved from a start date of 10/1/14 to a start date of 10/1/15 (and going through 9/30/16).  HHS has been clear that this will not be extended again so we will begin preparing the transition in Spring of 2015.  Please watch for further communications at that time.
