Do you have a PI who needs to route a Grant?  Can your PI see Grants in EPEX? Do you have a person who needs to approve a proposal for the department or school?  Are they appearing in the workflow and can they be inserted into the workflow as an approver?

If any of these are your concern, don’t panic, we have a resolution to your problem. The “PI Eligible Form” is used to gain access to grants and to add their name in EPEX here at Emory. If you or someone else needs to approve a grant in workflow, you will need to fill out a “Workflow Request Form”. Both of these forms can be found on the OSP website using the link below: http://osp.emory.edu/systems/epex2/index.html.

The PI Eligible and Workflow Request forms require school or director level approvals. Please be sure to get the appropriate signatures before submitting your form to PSGrants@emory.edu. Not having the correct signatures will prevent your form from being processed timely.
