EHSO’s Lab Rat Newsletter is now a Part of Emory Research Administration News Central!

Things are changing with EHSO’s (Environmental Health and Safety Office) Lab Rat newsletter! In October, we rolled out changes to the appearance and formatting of the newsletter, and starting in December, the Lab Rat will have a new digital home.

In the past, EHSO has had its own blog space to host the Lab Rat. To remove some redundancies and make it easier for researchers to search past versions of the Lab Rat, EHSO has collaborated with the rest of the Office of Research Administration (ORA) to share blog space. Along with the other offices under ORA, EHSO now has its space under the Research Administration ScholarBlogs page.

The new blog space is housing the past four years of Lab Rat newsletter articles and will continue to house all future publications of the newsletter. To search through the blog site, researchers can use the “Search” function on the homepage or click tags to find related articles.

The Office of Research Administration will continue to work to make the information provided through the monthly newsletter more engaging and user-friendly.  This work includes new features and an update to its homepage to accommodate the new collaborative approach.

The Office of Research Administration continues to make improvements to its communications and would like to know what you think.  Please feel free to contact us with questions or suggestions. You can send EHSO specific feedback to communications specialist, Beth Savoy, at beth.savoy@emory.edu. All other feedback can be sent to ORA’s Communication Committee. Please email Demetrice Bryant, ORA Training and Communications Director, at dbryant@emory.edu to send feedback to the committee.
