Note: Individuals will only be allowed to register for the next available class. Space is limited to 32 seats.
Prerequisite:
- Bloodborne Pathogens (BBP) Training (code 240100) AND
- Hepatitis B Vaccination or Declination
Enrollment:
- Individuals must enroll into the course (code 240220) no later than 10 days before the training date. The financial information (Smart Key) must be provided at the time of enrollment.
- The manager/supervisor must approve the individual’s request for enrollment. After approval, EHSO will verify BBP Training and Hepatitis B Vaccination documentation.
- After all information is verified, each individual will receive an email confirmation from EHSO stating that registration is complete.
- If Training and Vaccination cannot be verified, you will be dropped from the class.
- A $30.00 cancellation fee is charged to your department if a cancellation notice is not received within 5 days of the class. You can drop your enrollment in ELMS. For instructions go to: http://www.emory.edu/elms-training/learner/Dropping-Enrollment-Activity.html.
Tardiness:
If you are more than 15 minutes late, please note that the instructor reserves the right to ask you to attend another session. Tardiness can be disruptive to the instructor and the other participants. Thank you in advance for your cooperation.
