All Emory University students, faculty, and staff will be required to receive a booster dose of a COVID-19 vaccine for the 2022 spring semester. 

The deadline to receive your booster is Wednesday, January 19th.  

• Students can upload their booster documentation into the Student Health Services Portal starting December 20th. 
• Faculty and Staff can complete an online form on Emory Forward attesting to their booster status starting January 6th.

CDC’s recommendations now allow for individuals to have the same vaccine type they originally received or a different booster. Booster locations can also be found at vaccines.gov.
