Support – Help Desk
- Insight support requests will be handled via ServiceNow, and the support request form is configured to route to the correct team automatically to ensure timely response and resolution.
- We have established a 24/7 phone line, (470) 819-5067, for individuals to call for virtual, how-to help.

Trainings modules remain open!
ALL Faculty will have to log into Insight to complete the annual disclosures as they used to do in eDisclose.
A specific training for that individual task only will be available in October before annual disclosure season opens.
Final SOPs and Job Aides are currently available in the SharePoint site
Agreements:
The project team is working through the backlog of items. Here are some of the things being addressed:
- Intake form and routing workflow updates for MTA/DUA/CDAs
- Cleaning up the subcontractor list in Proposals and Funded Agreements
- Migration of data from eCTS and eGTS
Humans:
IRB Submissions for Human Studies
Due to data migration issues affecting the Humans module, the IRB is not currently processing amendments or continuing reviews for some migrated studies in Insight (we are processing Initial Reviews). Please see here for specific studies affected: https://irb.emory.edu/forms/eirb/how-to.html.
Please check back here for updates on the timeline for fixing the migration issues, currently no timeline is available.
