Individual Development Plan (IDP) and Mentor Matching<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">TADA Fel<\/span><span style=\"color: #000000\">lows are required to set academic and professional goals for his\/her fellowship training.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">IDP is part of the fellow\u2019s professional responsibility to chart goals and success in the TADA program and assist with ensuring timely progress.<\/span><\/li>\n<li><span style=\"color: #000000\">Access to mentors through TADA faculty network.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>3.&nbsp;Training in Menteeship<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n\n\n\n<hr class=\"wp-block-separator has-css-opacity\" \/>\n\n\n\n<p><span style=\"color: #000000\"><strong>4.
