All users can self manage access to the general VPN by following the instructions at this <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"http:\/\/it.emory.edu\/vpntools\/access.html\" data-type=\"URL\" data-id=\"http:\/\/it.emory.edu\/vpntools\/access.html\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>. Once the VPN has been configured by the user and a general connection has been successfully made, the secondary access to the HIPAA-core will be granted that will allow access to the HPC cluster login node. This access is requested on behalf of the user from LITS. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>The cluster hostname is <span style=\"color:#cf2e2e\" class=\"tadv-color\">clogin01.sph.emory.edu<\/span>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">For Mac\/Linux users<\/span><\/strong>, use Terminal to login from command line.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<pre class=\"wp-block-code\"><code>ssh USERNAME@clogin01.sph.emory.edu<\/code><\/pre>\n\n\n\n<p><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><span style=\"text-decoration: underline\" class=\"underline\">For Windows users<\/span><\/strong>, download and install PuTTY to login. Download <a rel=\"noreferrer noopener\" href=\"https:\/\/www.chiark.greenend.org.uk\/~sgtatham\/putty\/latest.html\" target=\"_blank\">link<\/a>.
