href=\"\/home\">State Alzheimer\u2019s Research Support (StARS) Center<\/a><\/b> assists states and partner organizations in examining and advancing the accessibility, affordability, and effectiveness of integrated\/coordinated dementia care services and sharing best practices and policies across the U.S.<\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-f15423b elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"f15423b\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<p data-elementor-setting-key=\"title\" data-pen-placeholder=\"Type Here...\"><strong>Our team engages with state partners (i.e., Stars States) and others through the following activities:<\/strong><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">\u2713 <\/span><\/strong><\/span>Establish partnerships to identify existing coordinated\/integrated dementia care services and available data sources within states.<\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">\u2713<\/span><\/strong> Support dementia care innovation grant projects across the StARS Center 5-year funding period to identify effective programs and policies;<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">\u2713<\/span><\/strong> Provide resources to assist development of within- and across-state data infrastructure to evaluate dementia care services and policies.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"><strong><span style=\"color: #99cc00\">\u2713<\/span><\/strong> Implement a multifaceted dissemination strategy to promote best practices in delivery of dementia care and in identifying, linking, and sharing relevant data sources to promote evaluation. organizes and governs all Center activities<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #eab824\"><b>The Partnership and Engagement Core, <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">which strengthens and supports new, within-state partnerships and the development of research innovation projects to advance dementia care services<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #eab824\"><b>The Research Innovation Core,<\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\"> which will fund grants and support states to evaluate integrated\/coordinated dementia care services within and eventually across states<\/span><\/li><\/ul><ul><li><span style=\"color: #eab824\"><b>The Data Core, <\/b><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">which will create a data warehouse and data governance plan to support the rigorous evaluation of state dementia programs and policies and assist grant projects in completing their objectives
