Migrant or Prisoners ?

Upon watching the video Europe Or Die – Trapped In Bulgaria, there was a particular scene that really stuck with me. This scene happened around 3:48 and in this scene the worker was explaining how cameras were set up at the borders and if there was movement an alarm would go off to signify the border patrols and the camera would focus in on this. If anyone has ever watched Prison Break before they would recognize this depiction of migration seems literally like someone trying to escape from prison. The film also mentions how unwilling the  governments are to make changes in regards to the building up the economies of the places that people are migrating to yet they are fully willing to enhance and enlarge their efforts to keep people from crossing. Later on in the video, the border patrol worker also says we do all that is possible by the law to keep people from coming in and the manner in which he says it seems as if migrants are being injured and punished for this basic human right to migrate. Migrants lives should not be treated as prisons and they should not be punished or subjected as criminals for doing so.
