Digital Libraries of Colombian Writers

Biblioteca Digital Soledad Acosta de Samper (Uniandes / Biblioteca Nacional de Colombia)
A dedicated digital library collecting the works of Soledad Acosta de Samper, one of Colombia’s most important 19th-century writers. The site includes books, manuscripts, press, and more, all accessible online for research and teaching purposes.


National and Public Digital Collections with Colombian Women Authors Included

BADAC (Banco de Archivos Digitales de Artes en Colombia)
A digital repository hosted by the Facultad de Artes y Humanidades at the Universidad de los Andes. It collects, organizes, digitizes, preserves, and makes accessible online or on request a wide range of archival materials related to the arts in Colombia, including literature, visual art, criticism, music, and heritage. Some of the artists include Marta Traba, Totó La Momposina, María Mercedes Carranza and Edelmira Boller.

Biblioteca de Literatura Afrocolombiana
The Afro-Colombian Literature Library contains 18 titles and an essay written by prominent Afro-Colombian authors over the last 200 years. This collection includes a section called Antología de mujeres poetas afrocolombianas

The National Digital Library of Colombia offers free access to digitized texts, scores, periodicals, and books from the Banco de la República and Biblioteca Nacional. It includes literature by Colombian authors.

Colección Familiar Acosta Samper
The Acosta Samper Family Collection consists of documentary and bibliographic selections by three prolific Colombian writers whose work dates back to the 19th century: Joaquín Acosta (1800-1852), his daughter Soledad Acosta de Samper (1833-1913), and her husband José María Samper Agudelo (1828-1888).

Colombianas.org
An interactive digital platform that showcases the life stories of Colombian women of different ages, ethnicities, and backgrounds. It serves as a collective archive of contemporary women voices, inviting more women to share their experiences and build social memory through their own narratives.
