End of Semester Survival Guide for Robert W. Woodruff Library
Quiet Study Areas
There are several designated Quiet Study areas throughout the Robert W. Woodruff Library.
Some of these areas include the Matheson Reading Room, accessible via the Level 3 bridge, and Level 4, 5, and 8.
While these areas are unable to accommodate group study and conversation, we have many other spaces available for collaboration.
If you choose to sit at a large table in the Quiet Study areas, be open to making room for others to sit with you. If you’re looking for a seat, don’t be afraid to ask politely if you may join the table if there’s room.
Collaborative Study Areas
Learning Commons combines technological resources and support services in an accessible, welcoming environment for learning and research.
The first two floors of the Woodruff Library are designed to be a place for library users to gather and interact, so if you are working with a group, this is a great place to be.
Many of the tables, seating, and whiteboards on the Level 1 and 2 are mobile, so you can move things around to best accommodate your study needs.
