“Chinese fried rice is easy to cook and tastes great, so it becomes one of the most popular cuisine in China. Fried rice is welcomed by Chinese people, not only in holidays, but also in their daily life.”
Ingredients:
- Leftover white rice (6 cups)
- Beaten eggs (2)
- Diced Chinese ham (1/4 cup)
- Green peas (1/2 cup)
- Diced Carrot (1/2 cup)
Instructions:
- Heat up 1 tbsp cooking oil in wok (1 minute)
- Fry green peas and carrots (1-3 minutes)
- Add ham in wok, fry ham together with green peas and carrots (1 minute)
- Add rice and 1 tbsp cooking oil in wok, separate and stir fry rice quickly (1-3 minutes)
- Add 1 tbsp water and 1 tbsp light soy sauce in the beaten eggs, then pour the eggs evenly over the rice
- Sprinkle pinch of salt and 1/4 ground white pepper, then stir fry everything (1 minute)
