He is a seasoned health disparities researcher and supports D&amp;I in research initiatives, clinical practice, and his lab.<br><br>Dr. Yeung is currently funded by a NIAMS K23 and Loan Repayment Program to develop research techniques and experience required to become an independent, patient-oriented investigator addressing sexual and gender minority (SGM) disparities in skin diseases \u2013 such as acne in transgender persons receiving hormone therapy.
