Instructure will release the following changes to our Canvas environment Saturday, July 14, 2018.
- Assignments have new anonymous and moderated grading features.

- Canvas Commons search has grade-level filtering.

Another change has been announced in advance for Saturday, August 4th, 2018. The new version of Scheduler is coming to the Canvas calendar. To see how the interface will change, click here to read the new guide on creating appointment groups.
Finally, the Canvas Community pages for release notes will also receive updates on July 14, 2018.
- There will be a new summary of changes relevant to different roles (e.g. Teacher relevant changes).
- There will be a new summary of all changes in the four newest releases.
- Production and beta release notes will use a single document. Changes will be noted as they are made in the lead-up to the production release.
- Release notes will be separated into several Spaces by product.

A new release arrives every third Saturday. Some releases contain only bug fixes, optimizations, or admin-facing features; such releases will not be highlighted in posts here. But the notes are published 10 to 12 days before a release at releases.canvaslms.com.
