Celebrating 3 Years of Canvas at Emory
We implemented Canvas campus-wide in 2016 and have since provided dedicated support and training to Emory Canvas users. We are continuously evaluating our support strategy and looking for innovative ways to incorporate instructional design, web tools, and other pedagogical solutions into the platform. We also communicate with Instructure, the makers of Canvas, to voice the thoughts and concerns expressed to us. So take a few minutes to help us improve your Canvas experience!
Many Support Options Available
We offer 1-on-1 consultations and training courses to help guide you in your Canvas use. We also have several ways you can learn about Canvas on our support website – including self-paced online courses and training videos.
Where else can you give your Canvas feedback?
- Anytime you schedule a 1:1 with one of our TLT Canvas support staff members, we kindly request that you fill out a feedback form to let us know how we’re doing.
- Anytime you open a ticket about Canvas by email, you’ll get an opportunity to fill out a satisfaction survey after the issue is resolved.
- Submit your ideas for feature requests (enhancements to Canvas) to tell Instructure how Canvas can improve in the online Canvas community pages.
