• A study examining the urbanized risk environments for Pregnant/ postpartum women who use drugs

    About Us

ECHO is dedicated to understanding the health concerns and practices of pregnant and postpartum women who use drugs, particularly around substance use and sexual and reproductive health. Our work looks at how these experiences differ across pregnancy stages, race, geographic location, and social determinants of health. We believe that listening to women’s own perspectives offers crucial insight into how changing environments shape their health concerns and choices.
