______New approaches to fight Pseudomonas aeruginosa infections are desperately needed. To address this, the Goldberg lab is actively testing the essential abundant protein, elongation factor-Tu (EF-Tu), as a vaccine candidate to combat acute respiratory infections caused by this opportunistic pathogen.
