The training content will focus on three things in particular:
- New Senior Leadership Competencies (just introduced this year)
- How to address special circumstances created by the pandemic
- How to overcome the lack of a formal rewards program for this year’s cycle
If employees need training or a refresher on the standard 8 Emory competencies, the rating system, feedback tips, the overall process and timeline, a PeopleSoft System demo, etc., we have recorded sessions from prior years on the LITS HR Confluence website and there are webinars that can be accessed via ELMS.
