As the semester comes to an end there is one universal feeling felt on campus, stress! Papers are due, projects are being presented and exams are looming in the near future. If you feel like you might start pulling your hair out or screaming, the library is here to help you relax.
On Tuesday, April 25th from 6-8pm the library will have a number of stress-reducing, energizing, and all together sanity restoring activities. There will be puzzles, coloring books, and aromatherapy playdoh. We will also have an area to explore our deck of yoga cards as well as meditation pillows and soothing music.
If your tummy could use some restoration too, we’ll also have juice and a make your own trail mix station.
So come join us for what we like to call a BRAIN SPA and restore yourself before exams start.
