The Oxford Library is pleased to announce a visit from Laila Sabreen, 23c, the author of the book
“You Truly Assumed.” Laila will be in the Fran Elizer Exhibit Space (1st floor) of the library on Monday Oct 3 starting at 6:30pm. She will give a brief presentation and sign copies of the book, and refreshments will be served. The Oxford Barnes & Noble bookstore will be on hand selling copies of the book. Laila is a an Emory undergraduate currently in her 4th year at Emory College. She is a Woodruff Scholar majoring in both English and sociology. Laila also has an upcoming short story to be published in the young adult anthology, “Study Break” which releases with Feiwel & Friends/Macmillan in early 2023. This anthology features short stories written by Gen Z contributors for Gen Z readers.
