2017 marks the 500th anniversary of Luther’s Ninety-Five Theses. As a prelude this year, Pitts Theology Library joins hands with four museums from the land of Luther in the exhibit, “Law and Grace: Martin Luther, Lucas Cranach, and the Promise of Salvation.” Building on the famous Cranach motif “Law and Grace,” this exhibit explores Luther’s call to repentance and links it to the lives and legacies of Dietrich Bonhoeffer and Martin Luther King Jr. The exhibit is open from October 11, 2016, through January 16, 2017.
