The Conference on Institutions and Law Making will be held on February 28-29, 2020, at Emory University.
The conference is devoted to the theme of studying how governing institutions shape the process of law making. Please visit each page (Day One – Day Two) for a detailed agenda.
The conference is sponsored by the Center for Law and Social Science. Sessions are free and open to the public. We do request, however, that you RSVP here.
Protocol for Sessions
Sessions will last for one hour.
Presenters will speak for no more than 25 minutes
Discussants will respond for about 10 minutes.
The remainder of the time is for audience discussion.
