Yesterday, I got to take photos at the beabadoobee and Lowertown concert in Atlanta for the Emory Wheel. It was my first time photographing a live event since COVID began, and I forgot how much I love it. I was really proud of my finished products, and I got to go to a great concert in the process. Lately, I haven’t been doing very well at prioritizing doing things that are restorative for me over things that just serve to numb me out. I am often so tired by the end of all of the schoolwork and other responsibilities that I spend my free time just surfing the internet or playing video games.
