I’m Justine, a fourth-year studying Comparative Literature, with a focus on narrative and the aesthetics of literature. I am originally from Jamaica and moved to the U.S. as a teenager. I studied abroad in London, England as a second year and, briefly in Seoul, South Korea as a third year. During my time in London, I decided to walk away from STEM and discovered a passion for writing poetry and fiction, wandering around museums, and exploring all the food the world has to offer. My time in Korea, though unorthodox, was a lesson in making friends as fast as possible and enjoying a very special culture amidst a time of uncertainty. I hope sharing my experiences can inspire you to let yourself be swept away with world-wonder.
