Each Fall, Emory holds a Sustainable Food Fair on a Friday in early October, and a 1 credit class of students puts on the Fair. If you want to learn about the dynamic sustainable food scene in Atlanta, learn backstage skills to put on a campus event, and join farmers, chefs, and local organizations to celebrate sustainable food with music, costumes, food samples, and educational tables, join us. The class meets Mondays and Wednesdays from 5:30-6:45 for only the first half of the semester.
