MGM massing (10-09-14) Schwartz massing (10-02-14) This is the beginning of a “Massing Exercise” in which the spaces in Schwartz and the MGM are represented as “blocks” which are proportional to each other based on square footage. (This does not take into account the height of the spaces.)
