New Databases–January 2020

The Emory Libraries now have access to a variety of new resources!

The A&AePortal  is now available from Yale University Press provides an digital environment in which to discover and interact with important art and architectural history scholarship. The database includes both books that are difficult to access in print and new releases and born-digital publications (i.e. digital only) made available as eBooks exclusively on the A&AePortal.

Klapp-Online is comprehensive and authoritative bibliography of all periods of French literature from medieval through contemporary. It contains a database covering the years from 1991 to the present. The 1956-1990 years have been retrodigitized and made accessible in the form of a searchable PDF file.

RIPM Jazz is a105 full-text, searchable jazz periodicals published in the United States between 1914–2000.

Emory has also been providing financial support, via the Center for Research Libraries, to digitize significant newspaper collections for the Far East, Middle East, and North Africa that are housed at Stanford (and originally collected by the Hoover Institution).
