A message from the Dean of Libraries on COVID-19

Dear Emory Libraries Friends and Patrons,

The university continues to prepare for remote teaching and learning for online classes to begin March 22. The library staff has done a wonderful job helping faculty to move their instruction online, and we will continue to assist students and their instructors in getting the materials they need to successfully complete this semester. 

However, with social distancing becoming a significant factor in controlling the spread of the COVID-19 virus, we wanted to update you on the status of the Emory Libraries.

We are adjusting our building operations effective March 20, 2020 and implementing the following:  

A reminder that, for those who are able and eager to help Emory students, staff and faculty who may be experiencing hardship at this time, and/or to support Emory Healthcare’s work with COVID-19 research and patients, please consider contributing here.
