Mentors

Subject matter and methodological experts in the field of violence prevention have volunteered their time and experience to become mentors to CONVERGE fellows. Mentorship teams consist of at least four individuals:

  1. A Vietnam lead mentor who meets weekly with their trainee
  2. A US lead mentor who will meet at least once monthly
  3. A technical mentor who advises the trainee on methodology
  4. An early-career peer mentor who has recently undergone similar training
