of backend systems with a focus on APIs and micro-services. In his spare time, he loves doing DIY home automation projects with  IOT (Internet of Things) devices.

Through his experience administrating the computer systems used in the BMI department, Robert maintains the Oracle APEX environment used by the RTA project and provides support to the application developers when they run into issues with the environment.

Experienced in software Design and Development for over 20 years. Working on Research/Quality projects for Department of Radiology and Imaging Sciences also having in-depth knowledge of the database/queries in RTA.

Dr. Clifford is Professor and Chair of Biomedical Informatics. Dr. Clifford guides the Emory RTA team in developing novel solutions for operations and research requirements.

Dr. Buchman leads the Emory Research Informatics Analytics group and advises the Emory RTA Team of clinical and clinical trials requirements.
