Off the Wall @ 725 Ponce, a film and video art showcase, debuts on August 18th, 2023 in the Atlanta Beltline. Curated by Acting Associate Professor Gregory Zinman, the installation will feature an array of video art pieces, as well as feature and experimental films. Some of the selections include Let Light Perpetual (2023), an experimental film by Atlanta-based artists Micah and Whitney Stansell, as well as Julie Dash’s groundbreaking independent film Daughters of the Dust (1999).
The program will run Friday and Saturday nights from 9-10 PM, from August 18th to September 2nd. The events are free and open to the general public.
