I get really nervous before an oral presentation how can I better handle the stress?

- Practice mindfulness before your presentation
- Memorize the first three sentences that you want to say. Getting started is usually the hardest part so if you have that memorized the rest may just easily flow.
- Practice your presentation by actually going through the entire thing several times out loud. This will help you work out the difficult transitions where you stumble for the right words and help you be more confident that you know what you’ll say throughout.
