I am an “All But Dissertation” psychology PhD candidate in the Bauer Memory Development Lab at Emory University. I am interested in mechanisms of learning.
How can we help people be better learners?
In my work I use eye tracking and behavioral methods to assess learning outcomes under formal and informal conditions. I ask kids, teens, and adults questions that probe memory processes like factual recall, inferential reasoning, and memory integration.
I am a mixed-methods researcher. I use both qualitative and quantitative approaches to answer my research questions. My expected graduation date is Spring 2024.
