Silas W. Allard is a doctoral student in ethics and society at Emory University’s Graduate Division of Religion, senior Fellow at the Center for the Study of Law and Religion at Emory University, and managing editor of the Journal of Law and Religion. Allard’s work focuses on migration, belonging, and the formation of political community, with special attention to the role that law and religion play in practices of inclusion and exclusion. His writing has appeared in the journals Refuge and Political Theology and in edited collections on vulnerability, global law, international law, and migration.
