Phat Panda Bubble Tea is now available in the library on Thursday and Sunday evenings from 8pm – 11pm.
Phat Panda was developed by Oxford sophomores Shikhar Sood and Luke You. They worked with several departments on campus to bring bubble tea from concept to reality.
If you are ever in the library on Thursday or Sunday evening, head down to the cafe to enjoy this tasty treat!
