Prompt 7: Arielle Wallenstein

This reading journal prompt made me so happy, thank you! This is the last assignment I need to complete for the semester, and I am on a plane right now with my family to meet my grandmother in New York and fly to Israel. I have gone to Israel with one of my siblings and my mom, but this is the first time we are going as a family – we’re all really excited! Our flight to Israel takes off a little before midnight and gets in around 10am EST, and I was planning on studying for the MCAT a bit to catch up on my study plan since I fell behind during finals. Instead, I will watch a movie on the plane, get some rest, talk with my siblings and my grandmother, and just enjoy the experience.

I took physics 141 and 142 over the summer, spent last spring break studying for an exam the day we got back, and I caught up on work this fall break and Thanksgiving break. I know that it is important to take care of yourself so I make sure I spend time outside, talk with friends, and exercise, but this is the first time in a long time that I will have a true break. I am so excited!

The 6 of us on the plane train going to meet my grandmother in New York! We left 3.5 hours early for the airport thinking it was more than enough time but we almost missed our flight. At this point we had no idea if we were going to make it.
Running to the plane!
I couldn’t figure out how to get the wifi to work to finish up some course work so I passed my dad my computer. He spent a long time “figuring it out” and I felt bad it was taking so long, but it turns out he was finding some light reading for me <3
