One of my favorite pastimes activities is doing arts and crafts. I have not done any projects this school year only because I typically like to spend many hours on a single project. However, I stumbled upon a handknit chunky blanket and have been looking forward to making one. So last week, I ordered all the yarn on amazon and I am still waiting to come in. However this weekend I spent my 1 hour of relaxation time browsing youtube and watching videos on design ideas, tips, and tricks for my new blanket. Now that I know how to knit the blanket, how much yarn I need, how big to make it, and what design I want, I feel really prepared to start my blanket. I am really excited that I was able to take time to look into something I really like, because it is important, and I cannot wait to start my blanket this week.
