-In my final draft I did a way better job expanding on context & providing examples
Difficulties/Need for Guidance
– It was really difficult for me to pick a concise idea and carry that throughout my whole paper. Instead I started off with several themes that made it difficult to follow and fully flesh out.
– In my rough draft, I struggled with expanding on broad topics
– Defining terms
– Wrapping up my ideas
Skills I Wish to Cultivate:
– Spend even more time on planning and ensuring I have a strong & concise theme that will be a strong foundation for the rest of my essay
– Format in a more intriguing way/ grab the reader’s attention
-Expanding my vocabulary to diversify word selection
Overall, I made major changes on my essay after receiving Tyler’s comments. The feedback really allowed me to reanalyze and restructure my ideas. The changes made a significant difference in the flow and comprehension and I am now way more confident in my product.
