ERMS Quick Reference Guide
 

ERMS Visit Tracking, a new feature within the Emory Research Management System (ERMS) has officially replaced SiteMinder effective Monday, November 14, 2011.  The new feature will be a huge improvement to the efficiency of your process, by significantly increasing billing reconciliation and tracking your study visits.

An ERMS Quick Reference Guide has been developed and posted to the Office for Clinical Research website for your easy reference.

Contents include helpful instructions on the following topics:

  • How to Find a Study
  • Add a Subject
  • Submit/Save Billing Forms
  • Track Visits
  • Off-Study Subject
  • Study Close-out

In addition, a table of Helpful Tips is included on the most referred to topics.

The ERMS Quick Reference Guide can be found on the OCR website, located on the ERMS page –
